ICC's relocation programs are designed to reflect the individual needs of the employee and family members relocating. All programs are flexible and can be tailored to meet the client and company requirements, they include;

Host City Orientation Program

The Orientation Program is designed for employees, their partners and families who are considering a transfer. The program aims to introduce the new city, give an overview of housing opportunities, educational and recreational facilities. Property inspections are arranged to enhance the familiarization with the suburbs, housing styles and the geography of the destination city. Offered as a 3 hour, ½ day or full day program.

Home Finding and Settling-in Program

ICC offers the following Home Search and Settling-in programs.

	One Day Program - an intensive one-day inspection of properties for rent that meet the price and geographical requirements of the employee. This program can be taken as one full day or two half days and is suitable for those who have a good knowledge of the area they are settling in.
	Two Day Program - two days of accompanied area orientation, housing overview and property inspections which meet the price and particular requirements of the client. It is most suitable for clients moving domestically or repatriating and who are familiar with the city and style of living.
	Extended Home Search and Settling-in Program – up to 5 days of home search and settling in assistance. This program is appropriate for clients; - purchasing a property - coming into the city for the first time with little or no knowledge of the city - who require detailed assistance in relation to identifying schools/ recreational/leisure facilities - with specific health, family or housing needs

Home Sale

ICC can offer full home sale services. ICC Home Sale Programs aim to shorten the sale time of a property, achieve cost-savings by choosing the most effective advertising, keep commission rates to an acceptable level and facilitate the employee's move by driving the sale on their behalf to a satisfactory conclusion. Experienced ICC Home Sale Consultants conduct home sale programs.

Temporary Accommodation

Temporary short-term accommodation can be sourced and secured in the destination city which reflects the needs of the employee with respect to location, family requirements, budget and transportation issues. Accommodation confirmation, billing authority and key pick-ups are coordinated through the ICC office. Corporate rates secired by ICC are passed on directly to the client's company.

Educational Program

Relocating families receive information on the range of education facilities available including Government Schools, Independent Private Schools, the Catholic School System, Tertiary Institutions and Pre-school Kindergartens. Up to date information is given on the Education System and its relationship to University entrance and to education in other Australian states and overseas. Including:

	Ascertaining the availability of vacancies at schools that meet the requirements of the client.
	Advise on educational documentation to accompany student.
	Support with enquiries, setting up appointments, assistance with enrolment and ongoing consultation.
	Accompanied visits to selected schools.

Pre-Departure

This program is designed to provide assistance with a domestic or an international move. ICC can provide assistance with:

	Initial interview to assess pre-departure needs
	Pre-Departure Kit (planning schedule and checklist)
	Co-ordination of furniture removal quotations
	Liaison with employee on managing Real Estate Agency issues
	Preparation of insurance
	Furniture inventory
	Moving day arrangements from the home

House Price Differentials

This report provides a detailed description of the home city property and the sworn estimate sale value and corresponding rental value, together with the comparative estimate for a similar host city property.
