International Assignments Seminar, Melbourne, 13 April '10
This seminar is designed for HR professionals within the realm of international assignments, who want to stay abreast of the latest employee mobility trends and practices. Findings from Mercer’s 2010 Global International Assignment Survey Results will be presented to understand global trends in mobility policies and practices. This Survey is conducted bi-annually, where historically some 200 companies worldwide share their mobility practices.
In addition to the above, ICC’s intercultural team will introduce their latest web-based international coaching tool, The International Profiler. This tool assists managers and professionals understand where they direct their behavioural emphasis when working internationally. The web-based International Profiler platform supports leadership development at an individual level and provides personal guidance in realigning energy for imminent relocation, or when working as part of an international team.
