Mercer (Australia) Pty Ltd

In 2001 ICC formed an association with William M. Mercer, now known as Mercer (Australia) Pty Ltd, in the Asia Pacific region.

ICC and Mercer work collaboratively in the Asia Pacific region to;

• Develop relationships with corporate and statutory bodies globally on Human Resource Management practices
• Promote delivery of global data for some 240 locations, e.g Cost of Living via Mercer Membership
• Provide consulting services in International Human Resource Management

Mercer is one of the world’s largest Consulting firms. With more than 19,000 employees in some 140 cities and 40 countries and territories, Mercer has the local knowledge and worldwide presence to develop and implement global human resource solutions.

Marsh

Marsh is a unit of Marsh & McLennan Companies (which is the parent company of Mercer) and has been an associate of ICC since 2001. ICC and Marsh work collaboratively in the Asia Pacific region to support organisations to deliver risk and insurance services. Marsh has significant expertise in relation to Expatriate medical coverage, and access to compliant insurers and coverage options. This enables Marsh to meet specific organisational requirements both in Australia and Globally.

Coghill & Beery International

Coghill Beery International and ICC have been working collaboratively for close to ten years. This collaboration has largely been around the elearning tool Argonaut. The origins of Argonaut lie in the research conducted by Dr Carey Coghill in the early 1990′s for her doctoral dissertation entitled Cross-Cultural Transition: A Case Study of Cultural Conflict Incidents.
