The ICC Account Manager understands and works within your Company’s policy and is available to answer employees’ policy and general queries.

ICC works with third party suppliers who are contracted to your Company or source appropriate service providers to supply the required service.

The payment of invoices is tailored to each company’s requirements. In the main, invoices are checked and entered into a database. The invoice is paid either by the Company or ICC.

Monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc reports typically include business unit costs, employee moves, visa termination dates, lease termination dates, medical insurance cover, employee disputes, KPI reviews.
