TIP (The International Profiler)

The International Profiler is a questionnaire and feedback tool that helps managers and professionals understand where they put their energy, enthusiasm and emphasis when working internationally. The ICC intercultural team has been trained and licensed to use TIP to help their clients develop their intercultural competencies.
